Bicentennial Banners
Choose one of ten designs of various activities and regions to suit your location. Vinyl banners are suitable for hanging outside or in. Size: 3x6 feet; grommets for hanging; printed on one side. Grant funding for free banners is now expended. You may purchase banners at cost, $100. Smaller banners and custom designs are also available at cost.
